– Luxurious Use

The finest types, and they are very dense, deep, and of high quality. They are used in luxurious places, but they are not suitable if used in places where there is a lot of traffic.

Some of the famous types of pile used in carpeting
1- Annular hyphae:

The height of the surface of this pile is equal in length, and if these loops are relatively short in length and their density is large and tight, then this type bears well, but if the loops are long and of low density, the pile quickly becomes flat i.e. it lies horizontally in places where there is a lot of traffic.

2- The Cut Lint:

This pile is made by tufts, then the ends of the pile loops are cut to form an even surface, and this type can lead to a change in the color of the carpet in the sense that shadows are formed as a result of walking on the pile that moves in the other direction, which leads to the emergence of shadows that suggest that the color has changed.

3- The Patterned Pile:

This pile can be obtained by cutting some rings or forming rings of different heights, and if this pile is of low density, then the characteristics of this pile lose its advantages, especially in places where there is a lot of traffic.

4- The Twirled Lint:

The pile of this type is highly twisted, and these knots are fixed by heat treatment, and this shape leads to the occurrence of permanent ripples, and one of the advantages of this type is that it reduces footprints and color shades.

5- Coarse Hair:

They have a rough appearance and are difficult to vacuum, especially if they are long-haired.
